Healthy Nachos!

I LOVE nachos (like seriously I have a problem) so I'm always keen to find healthier ways to eat the food I love! 🙌 


Wholemeal pita breads chips with 3 super easy dips! 


Recipe serves 2:

Pita chips
-Cut 4 wholemeal pita breads into quarters and then split each quarter lengthways to make it thinner (most pita breads have natural pockets so are easy to tear apart). 
-Spread out on a baking tray and pop in the oven (200 degrees) for 5-10 mins depending on how crispy you want your chips. 
-Whilst the chips are cooking start making your 3 dips ⬇️⬇️⬇️


Greek Yoghurt
-This is the easiest one! Literally just pop a dollop of full fat plain Greek yoghurt in a bowl and add to your platter!


Homemade Guacamole
-Scoop 1 ripe avocado into a bowl and mash up with a fork. 
-Squeeze some lemon juice in, add a little salt and black pepper, and a sprinkle of chilli flakes all to your taste. 
-Give it another mix around and boom makeshift guacamole done! 


Super Easy Salsa
-Chop up a handful of cherry tomatoes to the size you like and then pop in a bowl. 
-Squeeze in a little lemon juice to taste to keep it fresh and you could even add some raw red onion for a bit of crunch! 


That's it!! You could add some chicken into the mix or just enjoy as a healthy alternative for a snack! Winning!
