'Move Collective with Georgia' is my signature group coaching programmes designed specifically to focus on movement and mindset as I believe both are super important elements when it comes to changing your life. This programme focuses more on the movement element, however we do still start to work through some of those mindset blocks that are holding you back. If you would prefer a more on-one approach or would like to focus more on your mindset, limiting beliefs and want more of a life coaching vibe, then check out my 'Mindset with Georgia' Programme.



What the programme includes:

  • 1 individual initial coaching call with me before you start to discuss your goals and for me to get to know you more so I can tailor the group programme to you and your needs.

  • Guidance via fortnightly journal prompts to encourage self-exploration of limiting beliefs, self-care, letting go and how to honour yourself and body daily.

  • Access to my fitness app where your workouts will be with demo videos for each exercise.

  • Unlimited support via our private Facebook Group to work through and dissect your journal work, ask questions and even share videos to be coached on your exercise technique.


    1 individual final coaching call with me at the end of the programme, to process your growth, acknowledge your progress, and create a game plan moving forwards! (I don't just throw you in the deep end at the end of the programme!)

How it works

  • I create a workout programme tailored to the groups needs, goals and lifestyle.

  • You have access to this workout programme through my app which you simply download on your phone. 

  • We have weekly contact via the Facebook group where we will analyse how the previous week went and set a plan for the week moving forward as a group. 

  • I will adjust the workouts as necessary to ensure you stay on track with your goals and continue to make progress and feel challenged.

  • The workouts are the same for the whole group to create a community feel (we're on this journey together!) but should you need certain adjustments to accommodate injuries etc, this is possible.
